Entrevista
I applied online and received an email about a week later stating that I had been chosen to participate in a phone interview for the position. I called the recruitment number which was given to me in the email, and completed a very brief phone interview with a representative. She told me that she would forward my application on to a few branches and that I should hear something within a week. About a week later, I received an e-mail asking me to submit another application for a specific branch. I did so and three days later was contacted by the Branch Manager to set up a 1:1 interview. The interview went well, but I was told they were interviewing a few other candidates for the same position and that they would be in contact. A week later I received a phone call from the recruiting center letting me know that I had gotten the position. All in all, took from 2 to 3 weeks.

It was a short interview where they asked multiple questions scenario based questions. Mainly trying to see if your responses align with the Chase theme of professionalism and customer service punctuality and eagerness to grow.

Interviews were conducted in a timely manner - Prompt relaxed. Provided several details around the job, culture , and benefits. The interviewee met me and sat with me in the office. He asked about 12 questions and it lasted about 30 minutes.
After filling out an application, if selected you will have a phone interview, if selected a branch manager will reach out. After 1-2 weeks you'll get accepted or rejected. very basic questions from experiences.
