It was a three-interview process. Two if you don't count the phone screening with the recruiter. The hiring manager interview was with two hiring managers. The final interview was literally a five-minute interview with the Executive Director. It took a month after the final interview to get an offer.

Tell me about your process for learning new things.
Multiple interviews with sales managers. Overall not that bad of a process. Didn’t hear back for a while which is why I went with another offer. Role is at the end of the day sales and mostly commission.
