I submitted a resume and received a follow up email less than 2 days later requesting an interview and asking what days/times would be convenient for me. I followed up immediately and provided the requested information but then did not hear back for several days. I again emailed her letting her know I was still very interested in the position.
Nothing.
I am currently happily employed with a large corporation and was applying only because I was genuinely interested in the position. However, after the lack of followup and general lack of professionalism I will not be pursuing any additional opportunities with this organization.

Entrevista
They did not show up for the interview. The position had been active on INDEED for over 20 days. I received a call within 24 hours of submitting my resume to schedule a phone interview for the following day. After waiting 30 min. past the scheduled time I called them, the call went to voice mail. I left a message asking for a return call at their convenience. The following day, late in the afternoon, having not received a return call I again called and got voice mail. All this from a company that says they are about “building relationships”.
