Study for your interview. You will be asked basic technical questions about electronics. Know how to read basic schematics. Do your research on the company. Talk about yourself. Military experience is a plus but not necessary.

My biggest mistake was not memorizing the color coded resistor that he even told me to memorize. And he had some op amps for us to figure out but i had not learned about them yet.
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa JT4 (Las Vegas, NV).
Entrevista
Interview consisted of a face to face meeting with a panel of four employees. Two of them were from upper management, one was an engineer, and the other an administrative assistant.
Questions consisted of a combination of topics relating to both personality and technical skills/aptitude. The session had lasted about 45 minutes and was not too bad overall. I was then contacted about a week later with an offer letter.
Advice:
Make sure to brush up on material relating to basic electronics such as direct/alternating current theory, resistor color codes, logic gates, decimal to hex/binary conversion, identifying schematic symbols, test equipment, etc.

Q: What is the resistance value and tolerance of a 4-band resistor whose color code is green, blue, yellow, and gold?
Q: What type of test equipment would you use to observe a varying signal voltage on a two dimensional plot?
