Took two personality test ahead of time. Had a short phone interview, then an in person interview at the office. There was a one hour "test"-nothing you can prepare for in advance. Some logic questions and some personal questions (like who you look up to, greatest success, greatest weakness, etc).

Applied online and got a request for a recruiter screen. The recruiter screen was pretty standard; they then sent a link to a 1-hour-long assessment that asked brain teasers and behavioral questions. I thought this was pretty silly.

Entrevista
15 minute phone interview, DISC assessment, 1 hour test, in person interview. Very friendly people who are easy to talk to. Interview questions were fun and felt like they really care about you as a person.
