First, there is a quick phone interview. Next, there is an in person interview. You start off taking an hour long test (the test is mostly meant to test your time management skills). There are some riddles and grammar questions, too. If you don't finish the test... you're probably not going to get a 2nd in-person interview. Then a few employees come out and they perform the interview. The 2nd in-person involves a few more employees that sit with you and complete the interview. It is a lengthier process than I was used to (DISC assessment, test, couple in-persons) but it is 100% worth it.

pretty rigorous. there is 4-5 different steps to the process. It is dragged with multiple phone and in-person interviews along with assessments. Comes off as they have trust issues. Also, recruiter makes you feel like you secured the job talking about getting your apartment ready for when you train in CA. They are so concerned with making sure you're willing to relocate even when you tell them yes 100 times. The people were nice, but the process drags. When I did the in person interview, it felt like I was already tossed in the rejection pile before the real interviews started. Got barely any non-verbal feedback as they just stare at you blankly which of course makes you more nervous. Felt like I was a burden in their daily schedule.
