After passing the psychometric test online, I went through a very straightforward interview session. The interview was conducted in my hometown per my preference. When i got to the venue, i registered at the counter where my original certificates and related documents were checked and rearrange accordingly. Then i was asked to wait for my turn along with countless other candidates. I was called in. It was a panel of two. One of them was a director level official from SPA, another was a senior level executive from JKR. Most question comes from SPA while the representative of JKR vet through my documents and CV. Most of the questions were about my past experience working in the construction industry but there were some surprising, general knowledge question.
