Step 1 - Received call from HR to understand suitability for the position

Technical interview by the head of a department, ask about basics of IE also give an overview of the company and working style
Step 3 - Discussion with HR
HR discuss salary and expectations but after 1 month or so informed that due to very tough competition other person is selected

Initial phone screen to discuss high level qualifications and background, first round interview with hiring manager (and senior team members), potentially a second round with prospective coworkers. Florence, KY site doesn't follow traditional work cell model (other sites).

Will you please describe the way in which you troubleshoot a problem?
It was a phone interview, that led into an in-person visit at the site. It was very simple and not too overwhelming, The in-person visit was very helpful in learning what I would be doing day-to-day.
