Kontaktaufnahme und Terminvereinbarung per Email.
Ein erstes Telefongespräch mit HR und direktem Vorgesetzten.
Nach recht kurzer Zeit Rückmeldung von HR mit Einladung zu zweitem Interview.
Terminvereinbarung und Interview mit der Fachstelle.
Zweites Interview mit Fachstelle und dessen Vorgesetzem.
Ich hatte die Information erhalten, dass noch weitere Gespräche geführt werden und einen Zeitplan, bis wann ich mit Feedback rechnen könne.
Das wurde auch so umgesetzt.
Ich hatte es als recht transparant und ehrlich empfunden.

onsite interview with engineering team, tour around the facility and then outdoor seating with the engineering team. Asked expected questions about the facility and general overview of the job and was a very pleasant experience.
