The interview process is very relaxed and casual. You can instantly tell that they have a great company culture, and just want to make sure that you are a good fit.
The interviewers asked about my project experience and a specific challenge I faced. They also wanted me to explain my current knowledge and skills in Excel. They also asked some general behavioral questions. Overall, it was not difficult.
