Interview process was pretty easy. I completed an initial phone screen then a video call. I applied for a lead position, but was interviewed for a sr. recruiter because they didn't really want/need leads. Pay was high but the workload would have been huge. Walked away grateful but a little confused why they interviewed me when I had no experience in their field and that was required.

I had a great experience with Jabil's interview process. I was contacted within 2 days of applying and had a phone screen where the recruiter provided an overview of the company, the location I would be working at, and the position I applied for. He also touched on the company culture, which was very insightful. After the phone screen, I was contacted within a day to schedule an onsite interview, which was set for a week and a half later. During the onsite interview, I met with the director. She asked about my experience, the systems I have worked with, metrics, and other recruiter-related questions. She also inquired about why I was interested in Jabil and what I knew about the company. The director then detailed her role and how it would relate to mine. She explained how she manages her team and the growth she is looking forward to. She mentioned that I would hear back from Jabil within a week. A week later, I was contacted and informed that they enjoyed interviewing me and wanted to move forward but needed to hire a manager before bringing me on. A month went by, and I received a touchpoint from the recruiter. A week later, I received my offer. Overall, the process was smooth, and the communication was excellent throughout. I appreciated the transparency and the detailed information provided at each step.

The interviewer/Hiring Manager came in slightly late into the call. They didn't really ask any probing questions to me, seems like the hiring manager spent the time explaining the job scope and the reason they were hiring.
