Straightforward process. Mostly interviews over Teams or Zoom. There was a noticeable disconnect between Recruiter and Hiring Manager on technical abilities required. Not much room for negotiation upon offer. Overall an okay process with a series of interviews with Recruiter, Hiring Manager and a couple of peers.
