      Entrevista

      My interview experience for the Senior Learning & Development Manager role at Jabil was structured, thorough, and engaging. The process allowed me to showcase my expertise while also gaining insight into the company’s values and expectations. 1. Initial Screening The process began with a screening conversation with a recruiter, where I discussed my background, experience, and interest in the role. This step provided an overview of Jabil’s workplace culture, expectations, and the responsibilities of the position. 2. Interview with Hiring Manager The next stage focused on my leadership experience in Learning & Development. We discussed my ability to design and implement training programs, measure their impact, and align them with business goals. The conversation also touched on problem-solving, employee engagement, and strategies for fostering continuous learning. 3. Interview with Hiring Manager's Boss In this round, the hiring manager's boss assessed my ability to collaborate across departments and lead strategic L&D initiatives. Topics covered included training methodologies, technology solutions, and ways to scale learning programs in a global organization. 4. Interview with VP In this round, the VP assessed my ability to collaborate across departments and lead strategic L&D initiatives. Here I was assessed in my ability to identify my strengths and weaknesses. 5. Partner Connectivity & Final Round Jabil’s interview approach also emphasized alignment with its core values and closet partners you would be working with. This discussion covered leadership philosophy, adaptability, and how I would drive impactful learning initiatives in the role with my partner. It was clear that the company values innovation and strong leadership. 6. Offer & Onboarding After successfully completing the interviews, I received an offer contingent on a background check and drug screening. My official start date was confirmed. The onboarding process has been smooth, with clear communication regarding first-day arrangements and expectations. Final Thoughts Overall, my experience was positive and insightful. The structured approach ensured clarity at every stage, while conversations were engaging and provided a strong sense of the company’s direction. I’m excited to start this new journey at Jabil!
