I initiated my process through a referral and got a call in one week. The interview process lasted one whole day. In the first round, I was asked questions related to operational efficiency, how a hub and spoke model works and how we can improve the return policy of Jabong. In the second round, questions related to my CV were asked. In the third round, puzzles (100 pirates problem) was asked. Lastly, there was another case study round on how to expand the reach of Jabong in places where we do not have a presence now.
