I interviewed with a recruiter for a role on the HR team that went well, and the recruiter indicated she would be recommending me to move forward in the next steps. The following week, I received a request from the same recruiter to schedule my first interview with her as she hadn't heard from me. I responded that we did in fact already have the first interview, but looking forward to next steps. She apologized for the mistake and said she'd be following up with on next steps soon. I've since sent two follow up emails to check in and have heard nothing. The first interview with 3 weeks ago.
