Entrevista
Apply in person. Sit at bar and fill out application and IQ testing. Then if your results are good you get a 1:1, and if they like you then you'll be there for hours interviewing and get offered the job on the spot. It's different for everyone I've seen but if you make a good impression you're hired right away.

Entrevista
A long interview, which tests your patience. There is a personality test, which determines if you are their type of PEEP (Cheekily playful etc.). If you tell them you can sing, they may ask you to perform, they like to see that you are confident and have a good personality.
