After applying Recruiter reached out through email and then I had 2 rounds of interview (1) With Hiring Manager (2) Team Hiring Manager sounded like he was very interested and indicated that I should hear back in 2 days about next steps . 2 days now has become more than 3 weeks and absolutely no response from recruiter (or) Hiring Manager even after 2 email follow ups! I honestly don't understand on why would recruiter not respond back on next steps even if they decided to move on with better candidates, not responding kind of shows the company's culture.
