I applied for a position and received an invite to interview with a member of HR and a manager over within 3-weeks. The interview lasted for about 45 minutes and was an average interview experience. Nothing out of the ordinary.

-Completed a phone screening interview. They asked general screening questions -Completed a second hour-long interview with a staff member and a VP. Straightforward questions that asked about experience and interest in the role. There was a 3rd round of interviews which seemed unnecessary with respect to the pay grade. I wish this interview process respected my time a little more
