The interview was arranged to take place at the restaurant. The staff was nice. The place was welcoming. I met with the owner at a table in the restaurant, as opposed to an office, which I didn't mind. I presented my resume. We went over my experience, availability and scheduling. Overall very pleasant.

Invited me in for a floor manager interview. Did not communicate it was an open call. Waited 1.5 hours in line to be seen. When I finally met with two of the interviewers, they explained that the management staff typically starts off as a server first and than gets promoted with time to a management position. I was called in based upon my resume for a floor manager roll. Complete waste of time.
