I applied online for a Product Manager role and their team reached out to me fairly quickly. I set the call up and on the day of the call they completely ghosted. I reached out to reschedule to give the benefit of the doubt, but never heard anything.
Very disappointing as it takes time and prep work to prepare for product interviews. This is definitely a red flag to me around how they view their hiring process.

Entrevista
Phone Screen, followed by 3 rounds of interviews. The team seemed great to work with - very organized and most importantly of all kind. All interviews were behavioral or conversational. I was a bit nervous in one of them, and didn't feel like I sold myself well, which could be why I didn't advance.
Overall, the team seemed cohesive and attentive.

Entrevista
Short phone interview with head of company. Really a screener but it was with a senior figure in the company. Provided information about the company and its business, lottery online etc. By the end of the interview I knew he was not interested in me, but that was okay. Business-like, pleasant in that way, which was fine.
