Strange that they make you go through a personality test for an entry-level position. The first-round interview was pretty easy and basic over teams. Second round was a sit down with members of their leadership team and lasted over 2 hours. While they seemed to be very nice, they would try to nitpick everything I said and get me to trip over myself. They called back for a 3rd interview and I turned them down. Wasn't a company I wanted to yoke myself to.

Was called for an interview and asked to come on a specific day but the hiring manager didn’t have any availability that day! When we finally figured a time out, Walked in and was immediately handed a clipboard like a doctors office. Had to check personality traits I believed described me while waiting for the interviewers who were late because they “had to finish payroll”. Was grilled with typical “tell me about a time when” interview questions which I found odd given my experience and this role I was interviewing for. Left the interview and never heard from them again!
