The interview consisted of three district administrators asking the candidate questions, one for the school I was interviewing for. Each administrator asked pertinent questions regarding teaching philosophy and methods, classroom management, and lesson planning.

Extensive panel review with best practices and scenarios set up to identify the ways to overcome difficult issues when dealing with students issues. Interview process also included the ability to prepare students for the state Biology test
