Walk in interview was held, they didn’t take the interview, only references people are preffered here, walk in is just to show that nothing is fishy, but it is. Go only through the reference

It was a chill and relaxed process. The interview was mainly about my portfolio and my career pathway which was conducted professionally. Also, the interviewer asked my favourite architect, which was an interesting topic to speak about. ;)

Submitted an application then months later got a one way interview basically recording a timed video of me answer questions, got an email I’d be a perfect fit then was ghosted until I got another email months later the position was no longer available.
