Applied online on company site. Interview was over the phone and consisted of a behavioral interview followed by a more technical interview. Both interviewers were very pleasant, personable, and understanding. Was notified in a timely manner and accepted the job, but my clearance which the company was sponsoring was frozen and then fell through.
