The process included an assessment centre day from 8-4pm. Included a group and writing task, a pre-prepared presentation and a 1-1 interview. The process was clear and communications throughout were excellent. I had a follow up phone call after the interview day.

Overall, the team seemed open and friendly and enthusiastic about hiring a graduate. Their offices are nice and sunny and they were very willing to show me around a little. Sometimes I found it difficult to answer some questions that seemed a little irrelevant. I didn't get the job but they were still pleasant to deal with. I did ask for feedback and didn't get any though. This is an optional thing but honest, constructive really helps for later.
