The company I worked for was purchased by Jacobs Technology. We were incumbent employees and so were required to interview in order to keep our job as government contractor. Met with program manager and human resources representatives.

Basic questions like strengths, weaknesses were asked. It was a very pleasant interview. The company representative was very informative in explaining benefits and details of the job.

I completed a zoom interview with the hiring manager. We were cameras on. I declined to move forward when I understood more about the day to day, but I would have continued the interview process if I felt my HR philosophy aligned
Shockingly poor recruitment process, wasted so much time while the internal Recruiter didn't return phone calls, didn't provide feedback and waited weeks to tell me the role had been offered to the other candidate.
