was called in for interview, only once. They asked about experience, I was a student but what helped me was having a portfolio of drawings from school. They were very cordial, called me back a few days later to offer me employment. I forgot, it was a group interview. I met along the way some very nice people, if you are prepared with a portfolio, am dressed nice and are cordial, chances are that you will do well.
