full day interview, meet with my direct report and 4 high level managers. very grueling with a lot of tough questions about my experience and desire/fit for the position. it's all about communicating your fit from a culture standpoint with jacobs. the focus is on safety.

Contact over the phone with their Talent Acquisition Representative (30 minutes), follow up to come in for an interview, 1:1 interview with Regional Inside Sales Manager (1 hr), follow up to come in for a series of interviews (4 hrs) where I met with the same manager, several engineers, the sales group, the head of the department, one phone interviewer, the graphics team and the rest of the inside sales team. Advice to other candidates would be to relax, the environment was very casual, very open and friendly. As long as you know your stuff and do the normal prep work for an interview, you should do fine.
