I received a call asking to set up an interview, and they were happy to work around my schedule. The interview went very smoothly, and they explained in more detail what the position would entail as we went along. The interviewers asked me about my experience and any relevant projects I had worked on. I felt they wanted to hire me very early in the interview; that the remaining HR-directed questions they asked were done as a formality. Overall it was the perfect mix of professional and comfortable.
