Dear Eva, we are sorry you did not have a good experience. We interviewed you on April 22nd, the same day you wrote this review, rather than February. What you had was a preliminary interview to see whether you were suitable to come in to the office for a full interview. In fact we did ask you about yourself and why you are interested in, and suitable for, this role; as we ask every graduate interviewee. The exercise was not about doing mental arithmetic (and you were welcomed to use a calculator), it was about seeing if you could quickly understand a new concept that you may not have been familiar with previously, and use that idea to solve problems. We are sorry that this job was not the right fit for you, but as you are intelligent and articulate we are sure you are going to find something more suitable that you will do very well at.
