It started with a phone interview. The interviewers were very nice and later they sent me a test. The test was huge. I worked really hard through the weekend to make sure the results were really impressive. They confirmed reception of the test and said they would give me feedback soon. A week later I asked if they had any news for me. A month later someone replied and apologized for the delay and promised a quick reply. A week later I asked again if they had any news for me. No reply. It's been 3 months since I submitted my test. Of course, I lost hope of receiving any answer.

I had a bizarre experience with Jagex. In November, 2015 I did a phone interview (which was perfectly normal) and then I received a test. I did the test, submitted it and waited. I had to chase the recruiters once a week for many weeks and they always told me "Sorry, we don't have a reply/feedback yet. Will get back back to you ASAP" but eventually they just stopped replying completely. Very rude and inconsiderate. When I make a test for a company I expect at least a reply... But it gets weirder! About a year later one of their recruiters approached me on Linkedin, asking if I wanted to apply for the same (or a very similar) position! I explained what happened before and he apologised and said he would check on what happened ASAP. And then he never got back to me!... It was the most negative experience I had while applying to a game company. Something is seriously wrong with their organisation. No respect for candidates.
