Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). Fui entrevistado pela Jaggaer em jun. de 2022
Entrevista
The interview process was tidies.
It took two or tree weeks to finish.
In the first part, there was an initial interview with HR (that was fine).
The second part was a malicious task, were they gave you the database and pre-existing function, that you need to extend and use to solve the task. But it's build in a way that you need to get around all of the pre-existing error ways of writing code. Not just start from scratch like in a normal scenario (because database needs to stay the same, like the classes itself). Also it consisted of two parts (backed and frontend), even though it was backend position interview. Such a nonsense.
The third part was the technical interview, where they would ask you questions about OOP, which were also fine, until they gave you another task to solve while you were with them on the call (some nuisance multiplying numbers without the multiplier).
For me that was too far too demanding.
I had the impression that they wanted you to fail, or give up and not test your coding skills and knowledge.
It's inadequate for a Backend Senior position.

OOP related questions, the general stuff that you would expect from a junior/medior position interview.
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Jaggaer (Belgrade) em jan. de 2019
Entrevista
Was kind an interesting process. I came to their office in Belgrade and had 1.5 hours interview with 3 developers and HR. What surprised me most is that they wanted to see the vector of my thoughts and not the correct answer.
