Very thorough, took a typing test, background check and drug test required. Very nice people during interview, made me feel very comfortable. Two management members asked questions, and then deliberated while I seen what the job was by shadowing an employee. Small company, has a family feel to it. Paid vacation, insurance, paid holidays after 60 days, and review, and eligible for a raise after 90 days.
