Unprofessional! The interview coordinator whom I spoke with to coordinate my interview was not in the office on the day of my interview, and didn't notify anyone else except the interviewer that I was scheduled to come in, nor did she inform me that she would be out, so nobody knew what to do with me when I arrived. The interviewer himself (who is also a CEO) was 20 minutes late. After a brief 15 minute interview, I was told I should hear back soon. I have followed up 4 times, sometimes with no response and sometimes with a response that due to busy projects they have not made a decision yet. It has been two months and I still have not heard whether they want to proceed or not.
