Smooth very quick and get to the point, we were able to agree on terms quickly without any hiccups, but couldn't fit into my schedule but they were still very nice about it.

Good and not really difficult. Had fun and asked to do some pose so it's not hard. Great environment and fun colleague together. Fun students and strictly yoga only. Highly recommneded for those who are interested
