I was interviewed by the director of plant operations and a junior project manager. The interview process was extremely informative. I learned a lot about what the team does, their team structure, the position, benefits, and other opportunities within for growth. Although I do not have considerable experience in the healthcare field, the interview definitely piqued my interest further towards the healthcare sector in general. I thought the interview was well structured, the questions were relevant and to the point and reinforced sharing of information between the interviewer and me. The only disappointing aspect was that I was not offered the position.
