There was a 30 minute interview via google meets. Very straightforward questions based on experience. Recruiter spoke about what the job entails. It was a fairly easy interview process, second interview entailed meeting in person and meeting the team. They pick a person after this next step

Entrevista
First point of contact was the in house recruiter, Darren. Our zoom call was a great introduction to the company, its culture, and the overall hiring process. My in house interview was with the people I would be working with. I was happy to have the opportunity to ask specific questions about the role and set accurate expectations. The overall approach focused on the team getting to know you as a person first and your work experience second.

Entrevista
The interview process is standard and well-structed . The first round interview with HR covered the basics and was kept high level. Second round interview with the hiring manager to engage in detail the scope of the position (and technical details). Third round interview with multiple executives (all 1 on 1) was kept casual promoting a mutually beneficial conversation. Overall, the process was incredibly efficient, and the team members connected with were extremely friendly, kind, and passionate about their work.
