Fiz uma entrevista na empresa James Andrews Recruitment Solutions (Birmingham, Inglaterra).
Entrevista
I was contacted by Lauren Golder after applying for the job, who was extremely helpful and patient with me as I was going through the process from applying to interview stage. She kept in constant communication with me and reassured me before both interviews. The first interview was with Andrew Golder, who made me feel very at ease as soon as it started! This interview was gaging a bit about myself and whether I was a right fit for the role and if the company was a right fit for me! I then got offered a second interview within the hour. My second interview was held with Matt Bartlam and Dominic Paver who again made me feel very at ease. I was then offered the role within the hour. The whole process was extremely smooth and I was kept informed about the whole process consistently!

Very quick and efficient interview process from when I first applied for the role to the interview. Felt at ease beforehand due to point of contact was withheld before the interview and kept me prepared with an attachment explaining the full job description and specification thoroughly. Due to this, I felt well prepared.
