A formal process where I was interviewed in a welcoming environment. They provided a personality assessment to better understand my way of thinking and personalised the interview to how I may best respond. They explained the company ethos and current team with how I would be integrated to assist and be assisted by the wider multiple disciplines. They explained and talked me through the full job description to ensure I fully understood all of the expectations and role.

I met the HR and the Director. Very patronizing. They were reading questions from a paper from. The questions were formulated such a way that it felt like applying for a slave position for Kim-Jong-Un. Their attitude was patronizing and disrespectful. They showed arrogance and reconsideration. By far the worst interview I ever had.
