I was referred for a position and HR reached out to me via email, Clarified my visa situation and he told me I can work for next 2 years without needing a sponsorship and it's good. Later ghosted me and after a month of my interview said the team needs somebody who can work for a longer time not just 2 years. So just a waste of time!
