Brief phone interview that lasted around 30 minutes, very polite and punctual interviewer who was a directive level from the company regional office, very concise and open to listen and ask about any doubts.

I met with five team members and had three in person interviews. After they requested references, I didn’t hear back. At one point, I was asked whether I was prepared to work hard on the developer side, as if I had assumed it would be easier. Given my 15 years working for owners, I found that surprising. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and not aligned with the level of professionalism I expected.
