Lots of stress handling and soft skill questions. Didn't ask any technical questions which I thought was odd. They'll ask you to teach them something that you enjoy doing.

Entrevista
You'll interview with an HR representative first, then if you're interviewing for a technical position (I wasn't this time, but I have in the past) you'll have a conference call where you'll demonstrate whether you know what you're talking about or not. After that, they'll bring you onsite to the office the position is in. I had two interviews in the Eau Claire office, with two weeks between each interview. It took a week to hear back after the last interview.

Your shift is over at 7pm. At 6:59pm you get a support call and you have absolutely no idea how to answer the question. What do you do?

Entrevista
Phone interview followed by on sight interview. It took about three weeks to hear back and set up a phone interview, the on sight interview lasted about an hour and I was told I would hear back by the end of the next week. After not hearing back, I called and got the answering machine. Left a message and had to call back again before hearing anything.
