I received an invitation to take a CCAT exam. Took exam within 24 hrs and already knew I wouldn’t pass. I got an email stating they decided to move on with others. Just tell me I failed instead of a general statement regarding other candidates. Original email for the invitation shared they felt I was qualified from my resume.
As a poor exam taker, it’s disappointing to see this is a deciding factor to be moved forward. Strong contributor in my current role for sales and coordinate with Jamf often as I see the value for business and schools. Still value the product but to hide behind an exam to be considered, lowers my value to want to work for Jamf software.

Initial call with Hiring manager. Then interview with Sales engineer director. Panel presentation to present a product review with questions. Finally HR to discuss package and other perks. Overall a pretty typical interview process.

Smooth and fast, I’ve three interview meetings and finished in two weeks. Asked some technical questions, mostly MDM and
network related. Will met with HR, SE manager and Sales Manager.
