Submitted my application on their website and received an email the next day. I was asked to complete a questionnaire before they asked me to provide my availability for a phone screen. The questionnaire was short and was mostly administrative questions (vaccination status/comfort etc.). A time was set for the following week for a phone screen. The phone screen was with one of the recruitment team and it was a pretty normal conversation about the role, what they're looking for, work conditions with the pandemic and things of that nature. I shared details about myself, my work style and answered some basic behavioral questions. I'm from a non-Finance field so there was some question about why I was interested in applying/changing careers and I answered to the best of my ability. The following week I received a rejection notice with no additional feedback.
