I reached a phone interview. I got a single, fairly non-leetcode question, but harder than most leetcode hard questions. Then three followups to it. I completed two, but could not complete the third one so I did not make it and did not get an invitation to the final. Kind and supportive interviewer.

Fast and efficient, everyone is friendly.
The interview was fully techinical, no background or behavioral questions for me. The style is very collaborative — asking for hint in a proper way would be considered a plus I guess.

First round was online, one round of 1hr class design questions.
Given a class interface, you need to implement it with another given class interface. My question is like a general tree question.
You kinda need to go far enough to get to next round, so if you're too slow or have trouble solving easier parts, you cannot make it. I didn't move on.
