I only did one algorithm interview. . The interviewer clearly didn't want to be there. You need to compile and run your code. The interview process was not clear, after I solved the problem there was other steps I didn't know about and didn't have time to solve them.

Fast and efficient, everyone is friendly.
The interview was fully techinical, no background or behavioral questions for me. The style is very collaborative — asking for hint in a proper way would be considered a plus I guess.

First round was online, one round of 1hr class design questions.
Given a class interface, you need to implement it with another given class interface. My question is like a general tree question.
You kinda need to go far enough to get to next round, so if you're too slow or have trouble solving easier parts, you cannot make it. I didn't move on.
