Very relaxed atmosphere. The recruiter came out and greeted me in the lobby. I followed her into a small conference room where she sat directly in front of me. She asked questions about what my interests were in the company as well as a few personal related questions. We went on a tour of the facility after which she led me to her office and offered me a position that I willingly accepted.

I had one in person interview before I was hired.
