Phone interview with Operations Manager: fairly informal, questions were straight forward and were all directly related to the skills needed for the position. Everything that was covered matched up well with the information found in the job description. Interviewer did most of the talking and stressed the importance of punctuality, ability to handle constructive criticism, attention to detail, and flexibility/versatility.
