The interview process is extremely long and involves many people. There is a very specific interviewing guide that all interviewers adhere to. Not a lot of follow-up questions from interviewers. They like round-table interviews with multiple interviewers at the same time.

The interview process was fairly standard. First, there was an initial screen with hiring manager. Then, there were individual interviews with several team members. Finally, there was a wrap-up discussion/interview with the hiring manager.

Interesting people, process was lengthy. Communications about process was limited. Interviews were well organized. They use contractors for HR who were not familiar with company processes and could not answer a lot of questions.
