After talking with recruiter and hiring manager, had a full day of interview including research presentation. The interviewers were very engaging, and helpful in getting to know the feel of working at Janssen.

Very lengthy process. After application, it took > 5.5 months before getting offer letter. It took almost 3 months for the HR to contact me and then another 2.5 months before the company made the offer.

easy and straightforward from the recruiter to the Hiring Manager, and ended with the presentation of my skills and background to the big team. Then, the recruiter called back to discuss the offer

It was normal. They asked normal questions. I gave a presentation. I talked to the hiring manager and a specialist. They asked me questions about what I did. That was it.
